Fundamental Behavioral Assesment

AIDA has developed integrated method for assesment using what we termed as
Fundamental-Behavioral Assessment (FBA).

By using FBA, we synergize the fundamental based psychological examination and behavioral based measurement.

Fundamental assesment has strengths in its ability to portraits individual characteristics, psychological dinamyc of internal self and emotional aspect behind over behavior (an aspect misvalued by behavioral approach).

Behavioral assesment provide valuable data on competencies related to industrial requirement and how they are working in job / task situation (an aspect misvalued by psychological approach).

Fundamental-Behavioral Assessment (FBA) used by AIDA combined the method and has proven powerful and accurate in recognizing whole dynamic of individual competencies and predicting performance.
